Digital Communications Advisor
The Role
Join a State Government Agency driving transformational change in operational communications. As the Communications & Digital Adviser, you’ll develop and deliver communication strategies and resources aligned with new processes and a regulatory management system. This is an initial 9 month contract until Oct 2025 with a potential to extend.
Responsibilities
- Develop communication plans to improve operational communications.
- Create and refine materials, including emails, letters, SMS, and web content.
- Engage stakeholders through forums, surveys, and interviews.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver impactful communication initiatives.
- Support rebranding and change management projects.
About You:
- Strong written communication and digital platform management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and attention to detail.
- Experience in transformation projects is advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification in Communications/PR/Media with 3+ years’ experience.
