About Our Client:
Our client is a government controlled organisation responsible for transport projects and services. They are embarking on an exciting journey of a complete website refresh, aiming to enhance the user experience and improve digital engagement. We are looking for talented Digital Content Specialists to join their dynamic team.
Role Overview:
As a Digital Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and updating existing web pages while collaborating closely with UX designers and other digital professionals. Your expertise in content design will be vital as you work to ensure that information is accessible and clearly presented to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, produce, edit, and publish content on the website to keep users informed about the organization’s activities.
- Collaborate with the Digital Performance Manager and Product Owners to streamline customer digital journeys, empowering users to find information and services independently.
- Contribute to the implementation of the Digital Content Strategy, supporting the website’s ongoing health and functionality.
- Partner with Product Owners and UX/UI designers to create compelling copy and shape customer journeys on the website and mobile app.
- Manage and prioritize a queue of content updates efficiently.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS). Experience with Umbraco is a plus, but candidates with other CMS experience are welcome.
- Proven SEO experience to enhance content visibility.
- Strong track record of producing high-quality written copy.
- Experience managing content libraries effectively.
