About the Role:
As a Digital Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping high-impact digital strategies for a diverse client base. Your role will involve overseeing the end-to-end digital campaign process, from planning and execution to optimisation and reporting. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier digital solutions while championing innovation in digital media. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor a team, manage budgets, and build strong client relationships, all while ensuring campaigns meet performance targets and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Lead the development of data-driven digital strategies that deliver results, working closely with senior leadership and clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of digital professionals, ensuring their growth and success while fostering a positive, results-oriented culture.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the setup, tracking, and optimisation of digital campaigns across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Spotify, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign KPIs, analyse performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimise digital media efforts.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for all digital initiatives.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage digital budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and forecasting accuracy while delivering on campaign objectives.
  • Innovative Solutions: Stay ahead of industry trends and apply cutting-edge digital innovations to campaigns, ensuring clients remain competitive in a rapidly evolving market.

What You’ll Bring:

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expertise in Google Marketing Suite (DCM, DV360, Google Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio)
  • Experience with Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager, and Spotify Ads Manager

Leadership Skills:

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of junior staff, ensuring consistent development and performance excellence.

Budget and Commercial Savvy:

  • Expertise in managing digital budgets, forecasting, and ensuring efficiency across campaigns.

Client-Focused Approach:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Analytical Mindset:

  • Ability to define KPIs, interpret campaign data, and deliver detailed performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
