The role:

This Government Department is seeking a Digital Program Coordinator to provide program coordination skills across the digital strategy and design department.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Establish digital demand management and prioritisation processes
  • Implement a value measurement framework to align digital initiatives
  • Manage the demand for Digital services
  • Provide periodic performance and portfolio insights, including ad-hoc reporting
  • Set up project governance for the Program
  • Follow-up on deliverables and manage timelines
  • Coordinate vendor tasks and deliverables

You will need:

  • Min 5 years of experience in Program Coordination
  • Must have digital transformation experience
  • Strong experience scheduling and coordinating workshops
  • Tech savvy and ability to pick thing up quickly and hit the ground running
  • Previous Government experience would be advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder relationship skills and proactive approach to work
