The agency works closely with business, academic institutions, tourism operators, local government and citizens to develop international markets, win productive foreign investment and strengthen Australia’s tourism industry, as well as assisting with consular and passport services.

The Role

Our client is seeking a Dynamics 365 Solution Developer to implement new business solutions
as part of its digital transformation program. The successful candidate will be working within a multi-disciplinary team using agile principles and practices to deliver client-centred solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Be involved with the solution to provide Dynamics CRM specific recommendations
  • Undertake software development with a particular focus on Dynamics CRM.
  • Perform system analysis, investigate technical problems and document relevant issues
  • Liaise with business users and project stakeholders on technical and non-technical
  • matters as required

Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in an ICT related field or applicable industry certifications.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions developer using modern
  • Microsoft products and cloud platforms including Microsoft .NET Core. C#, javascript and
  • typescript.
  • Demonstrated experience with the following development technologies:
    • Experience in configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365
    • Experience in D365 Customer Engagement, especially Customer Service
    • Experience in extending and automating D365
