  • Utilize expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and configure Dynamics 365 F&O accordingly.
  • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 F&O functionalities through configuration, data modeling, and integration with other systems.
  • Perform system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of implemented solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 F&O issues, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation including system configurations, user guides, and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure system integrity.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Dynamics 365 F&O, continually enhancing expertise and recommending improvements to maximize system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and operations to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and drive business growth.
  • Conduct user training sessions to educate stakeholders on new features, functionalities, and best practices for utilizing Dynamics 365 F&O effectively.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, coordinating with IT teams and vendors to ensure smooth implementation and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Onsite 3 days a week in Connecticut
