Looking for an E-Commerce Specialist with experience in creating loyalty programs, creating marketing email campaigns , building Customer base and working with ads & analytics. Needs to have excellent working knowledge of web technologies, with a background of ecommerce platforms, website development and driving return across digital campaigns.

Will prefer someone who can start ASAP or in 2-3 weeks at max.

Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our online store, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Loyalty Program Enhancement: Develop and implement strategies to boost customer retention and engagement through our loyalty initiatives.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborate on campaigns that drive traffic and sales, utilising SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse website and loyalty program performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, marketing, and sales teams to align digital strategies with business objectives
