We are looking for an experienced EL2 Director Service Guidance to join one of our clients in Adelaide. The following skills and experience are essential to be successful in this role.

The position will exercise a significant degree of independence and will use a high-level of decision-making and judgement. It will coordinate and assume responsibility for highly complex or sensitive projects.

Experience and skills we are looking for:

  • Leading the delivery of key strategies to enhance guidance material.
  • Ensuring the quality of guidance material including accessibility, clear messaging and the principles of behavioural economics applied.
  • Reporting on key deliverables and continuous improvement activities.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to coordinate, research and develop agreed policies, guidelines and protocols to be implemented across the service delivery network.
  • Responsible for initiating, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
