Our client is a leading transportation organization who are looking for experience Electrical Trainer to join the team and play a pivotal role in the training and development of maintenance staff. This role requires both TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate III in Electrical Trade. Along with proven experience in developing training materials and successfully delivery courses on site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing Training Materials which are engaging and provide a comprehensive understanding of the company systems.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering and project teams, build a solid foundation of knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing support to maintenance staff, continually updating user guides, and methods.
  • Ensure adherence to organization standards, compliance and regulations.
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to leadership.

Requirements,

  • Qualifications: TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Certificate III in Electrical Trade are mandatory.
  • Strong organization abilities, time management, and proven ability to priorities tasks efficiently.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by engaging both maintenance staff & leadership and proactively seeking feedback.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing impactful training programs.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively.
