Enterprise Architect

• Seeking highly experienced Enterprise Architects
• 12 month contract + 12 month extension
• Must be an Australian Citizen – Baseline Desirable

With multiple locations around Canberra, this vital Government organisation seeks only the most skilled and professional individuals to assist them in developing programs, policies, and initiatives that will improve the quality of life for Australia’s most vulnerable.

The Role

Our client is seeking Enterprise Architects to join their branch focused on implementing a sensible and comprehensive governance strategy to ensure the successful execution and delivery of technology projects and enhancements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering a high quality, fit for purpose enterprise architecture.
• Aligning business solutions with Agency goals and objectives.
• Ensuring compliance with Enterprise Architecture reference models, methodologies, principles, policies, standards and the strategic direction.
• Engaging with the business, understanding the tactical and strategic objectives and requirements.
• Providing technical oversight and facilitating complex issues resolution.
• Delivering of coherent technical business solutions across the domain.

Skills and Experience

• Broad technical & business layer architectural background delivering enterprise and business solution architectures.
• Must be able to translate business capability into technical requirements.
• Work between business’ and the ICT function.
• 10 years of Architecture experience.
• Industry experience across financial, health or insurance sectors.
• TOGAF certified or equivalent IT architectural qualification or working knowledge.
