Functional Consultant D365 CRM/CE
We have partnered with a a dynamic consulting firm specializing in delivering tailored Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to businesses across industries. Recognized for their expertise and collaborative approach, the company prides itself on fostering long-term partnerships with clients, offering end-to-end project management, system integrations, and ongoing support.
They are looking for a seasoned Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to lead the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading business process reviews, design sessions, and client training.
- Managing configuration, customization, data migration, testing, and documentation.
- Supporting clients with technical and operational needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience with Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
- Strong communication, troubleshooting, and multitasking skills.
Benefits:
- Experience with Customer Insights, Field Service, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
- Microsoft D365 certifications are a plus.
Successful candidates should be proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented.
This is a Remote role with occasional onsite meetings and working primarily PST hours.
