Our Client

Our client is an independent Australian Government body dedicated to safeguarding the safety, health, and well-being of older Australians plays a vital role in ensuring aged care services consistently meet high standards. It works closely with providers to uphold accountability, regularly assessing service quality and driving continuous improvement.

The Role

Our client is seeking a Digital Learning Graphic Designer to join their Digital Learning Team. This team creates learning materials including online learning manuals, guides, videos, and presentations, and conduct training sessions, workshops and webinars.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Design and edit engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, and interactive educational games to enhance learning materials and foster user engagement.
  • Create original design concepts using software and hand-drawn techniques.
  • Provide expert advice on graphic design matters relating to learning solutions, ensuring high-quality design services are consistently delivered across projects.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to brainstorm and develop graphic design materials for diverse learning solutions.

Skills and Experience

  • Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design position
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline, or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • Expertise in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma) for creating visual content
  • Photography and videography experience and proficiency with photo and video-editing software
  • Excellent relationship building skills and willingness to receive and provide constructive feedback to build and sustain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders and clients
