About the Role
Talent International has been engaged by a Leading Global Manufacturer to recruit a Head of Human Resources on a permanent basis. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving HR strategy, transformation, and cultural change while supporting a large and diverse workforce.

- Salary: $211,850 including superannuation + 15% performance bonus
- Industry: Global Manufacturing & Services
- Start date: Within 4 weeks
Role Details:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead a five-year HR transformation project to enhance workforce strategy and culture
- Oversee EBA negotiations, compliance, and workplace relations
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and retention
- Manage up to 8 Direct Reports
- Scope and implement a new HRIS system to streamline operations
- Partner with HR teams in Japan and Thailand to align policies and processes
- Transition HR from a transactional function to a strategic business partner
Required Skills and Experiences:
- 5+ years of experience in Head of HR or equivalent positions
- Experience with various & complex awards
- Proven HR leadership experience in a complex, multi-layered organisation
- Expertise in industrial relations, EBA negotiations, and compliance
- Strong track record in HR transformation and cultural change initiatives
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or technical services preferred
- Ability to manage diverse teams across corporate and operational environments
- Hands-on experience with HRIS implementation and process automation
