HR Advisor
The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team, providing expert policy advice and support on HR matters, including investigations and complaints. This full-time, 3-month role offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong HR and workplace relations background to contribute to a dynamic, impactful environment.
Responsibilities:
- Advise principals on HR issues, including investigations and complaints.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Assist with workplace relations matters, offering practical solutions and strategic advice.
About You:
- Experience in HR and workplace relations, ideally within the public sector.
- Knowledge of HR policies and the ability to provide advice on complex issues.
- Previous experience handling investigations, complaints, or disciplinary matters is preferred.
