
HR and TA Manager - Part time (4 days a week)

- Establish the HR and TA function
- Brighton location – 3 days in the office
Our client who is a consultancy that specialises in delivering strategic and practical solutions for a wide range of environmental issues is currently enjoying exponential growth and as such require an experienced HR Leader to set up their HR and Talent function.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources and Talent acquisition metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
