Key activities
- Support and guide managers on people matters, from performance management to employee engagement.
- Lead key people initiatives, change management processes, and talent strategies that support business growth.
- Provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
- Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Use data-driven insights to develop strategies addressing turnover, engagement, and workforce challenges.

Skills and experience
- Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of HR best practices.
- Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organised and detail-oriented.
- A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field (preferred).
