This large government body is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner who can bring their expertise, energy, and people-first approach to help shape the employee experience. This is your chance to play a key role in driving engagement, talent development, and strategic workforce planning in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment.

Key activities

  • Support and guide managers on people matters, from performance management to employee engagement.
  • Lead key people initiatives, change management processes, and talent strategies that support business growth.
  • Provide expert advice on workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.
  • Use data-driven insights to develop strategies addressing turnover, engagement, and workforce challenges.
  • Promote diversity, inclusion, and a culture where everyone thrives!

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of HR experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of HR best practices.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organised and detail-oriented.
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field (preferred).
