HR Project Manager // HRIS Implementation

Our client is a well-known client in the financial services sector. They are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Project Manager with a strong background in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) implementation to join their team. This role is responsible for planning, managing, and executing HR projects, particularly those related to HR technology and system transformations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes, project management best practices, and experience leading end-to-end HRIS implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead HRIS implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other cross-functional teams to gather and define system requirements, workflows, and integrations.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee vendor selection, management, and coordination to ensure successful system delivery and support.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement by providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify and address system and process inefficiencies.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, including training programs and communication plans for end-users.
  • Ensure system configurations meet compliance standards and organizational needs.
  • Monitor project performance using key metrics and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and continuous improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing HRIS implementation projects, such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Lever.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
