Our client is an extremely stable company in the utilities industry out of the Greater Atlanta Area. On a daily basis, you will be helping this organization run and impact the power grid and Critical Infrastructure in Georgia and the surrounding areas! They are currently hiring for an ITSM Analyst with the following experience:

Qualifications:

  • A very solid understanding of ITIL model/framework
  • Experience working on the backend of an ITSM tool / Ticketing System
  • Ability to create dashboards, reports, changes, and upgrades with an ITSM tool (i.e. Ivanti, ServiceNow, etc.)
  • Ability to gather and understand requirements from customers/users and implement them into the ITSM tool

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Ivanti
  • Scripting experience – SQL / Python / PowerShell
  • Exposure to the utilities industry

Job Description:

  • Responsible for providing ITSM support to the business and customers
  • Complete back-end support, troubleshooting, system integrations, upgrades, administration, and maintenance of the internal ITSM tool with a focus on user experience and productivity
  • Working directly with business units, customers, and engineering teams to understand and implement upgrades and changes to the ITSM tool
