The role:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure BA, skilled in fast-paced transformation environments and comfortable with ambiguity. This hands-on BA will independently deliver key BA deliverables, such as High-Level Requirements, Functional Requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, by engaging with stakeholders through workshops and interviews.

The Responsibilities:

  • Accurate, timely and complete requirements that represent the business need to stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Regular, professional, and service-focused communication providing relevant ongoing updates to all project stakeholders.
  • Managing changes to business requirements; assessing & communicating potential impact to the project (in conjunction with the Project Management and/or Business Analysis lead).
  • Plan Business Analysis Approach: Develop the Business Analysis Plan to guide activities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Professional experience as a Business Analyst within a project environment (Agile and Waterfall), with expertise in the planning, elicitation, analysis, and management of requirements
  • Advanced stakeholder engagement and relationship building, with the ability to expertly facilitate workshops
  • Well-developed analytical thinking (creative, systems, conceptual and visual thinking) and problem-solving ability
  • Highly competent verbal and written communication, along with great listening skills, and the ability to present complex, abstract concepts in a simple manner that is easily understood by stakeholders with varying degrees of technical understanding
  • Strong teamwork, coaching and the ability to lead work where required
  • Ability to tailor business analysis practices to suit projects whilst ensuring consistency of analysis, techniques and ensuring agreed ways of working are followed and all deliverables meet agreed quality standards
