About The Role
Our client is seeking the engagement of a ‘Integration Manager’ to support hands-on technical and managing role within the Commission responsible for designing, developing and managing of our enterprise integration.
You will lead a team to collaborate with ICT and their stakeholders, determine requirements and prioritise the delivery of enterprise integration.
It is a requirement of this position that the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and hold or be eligible to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide technical leadership on solutions planning, collaborating with relevant application experts and providing input to solution designs. Engage with risk in a positive and transparent way to achieve the Commission’s strategic objectives.
- Lead an integration team to analyse business processes and requirements, apply initiatives and contribute to improve integration solutions.
- Establish and monitor connections between cross-functional applications utilising Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) capabilities
- Support in testing activities, including integration testing and end-to-end (business process) testing.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of integration patterns, best practices and automation to deliver integration solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and ability to influence and interact in an effective way and communicate information coherently and concisely to a diverse audience and to non- technical stakeholders.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing integration service on Workato platform.
- Experience working within project management frameworks.
- ICT qualification and certifications.
