
Intermediate Business Analyst

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking an intermediate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of their ICT vision and business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who helps achieve both short and long-term organisational goals by engaging with end users and subject matter experts.
This role will also involve coaching teams, supporting agile ceremonies, and promoting process improvements across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end users and subject matter experts to identify business needs, gather requirements, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Provide user stories and coaching for multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring that business-driven acceptance criteria and test cases are clearly defined.
- Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Iteration/Release Planning, Showcases/Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Lead value and process mapping exercises, supporting knowledge creation for process improvements.
- Apply change management principles to all initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to plan and manage upcoming business process analysis workstreams.

Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proven experience working on large scale Data and Integrations projects.
- Strong experience with Salesforce or other CRM implementation projects
- Strong experience in engaging with both business and IT teams at all levels.
- Solid understanding of Jira, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
