About the Role

As a IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, assisting with the administration and troubleshooting of key software applications, and driving improvements in system efficiency. The role involves close collaboration with department heads, particularly within sales and customer service, to enhance daily IT operations.

You will also contribute significantly to ongoing projects, ensuring their successful delivery through effective stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT support and address tickets assigned in the IT Support Register.
  • Manage the organization’s Power BI reporting platform, including report development and data warehouse oversight.
  • Export, analyze, and import complex datasets into the ERP system.
  • Perform end-to-end testing for new software systems.
  • Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and provide support.
  • Liaise with external vendors for technical support and issue escalation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of internal processes and systems to assist with compliance.
  • Utilize APIs and cloud-based ETL tools to connect applications and automate workflows.

Skills & Experience Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in IT system administration, managing complex environments.
  • Proven experience in a B2B environment, with an understanding of business process logic.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, including tenancy/domain migrations, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and database management for MySQL and MS SQL.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based software environments and database systems.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and system analysis skills, including process mapping.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Customer service experience and a solutions-driven mindset.
