This position requires an experienced and customer focused IT Support Technician to
provide ICT Desktop and iPad rollout support and generalist IT Support assistance across this Government agency.

Key Accountabilities

  • Setting up workstations, windows and software
  • Support workstation hardware, laptops, desktops, screens, docks
  • Roll up iPad devices to staff
  • Provide high level of customer service to staff
  • Manage and resolve logged requests and incidents

Skills & Competencies

  • 1-2 years experience working as an IT Support Technician
  • Experience across Windows 7, Windows 8, windows 10, Office 2013, Office 365
  • Experience working on an iPad rollout
  • Experience in providing onsite, face to face or remote support
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
