Your Role

In this exciting opportunity, you’ll support the implementation of two brand-new technology solutions into Salesforce, ensuring seamless integrations with key university platforms. As a key leader in the agile delivery process, you will empower teams, optimise workflows, and drive the successful delivery of high-value projects.

Key activities

  • Facilitate Agile Excellence – Lead engaging daily stand-ups, sprint and release planning, and retrospectives to keep teams aligned and productive.
  • Optimise JIRA Workflows – Ensure JIRA is configured effectively, creating workflows, dashboards, and reports that maximize team efficiency.
  • Drive Seamless Releases – Coordinate with Release and Environment teams to manage defect resolution, release checklists, and hyper-care sessions.
  • Unblock Progress – Identify and remove any obstacles slowing workflow, escalating key challenges when needed.
  • Foster Team Success – Support team collaboration, resolve conflicts, and create a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure Alignment – Work with the Project Manager and Initiative Lead to align dependencies, roadmap priorities, and schedules.
  • Deliver Insights – Provide sprint reports highlighting progress, risks, and key delivery metrics.
  • Collaborate for Impact – Work closely with other Iteration Managers to synchronise teams across large-scale initiatives.

Skills and experience

  • Salesforce Expertise – Proven experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach in large, complex Salesforce implementations.
  • Agile Mastery – Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Lean, Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, and DevOps/CD-CI.
  • Exceptional Communication & Leadership – Skilled in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving team success.
  • Problem-Solving– Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve challenges, and keep projects on track.
  • Attention to Detail – A meticulous approach to managing workflows, reporting, and delivery quality.
