L2 Technical Support Engineer
Talent International have partnered with one of the fastest growing Managed Service Providers in Australia to find their next Level 2 Technical Support Engineer.
We are looking for someone who has previously provided Level 2 Support to Customers and has exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Role Requirements:
- Experience providing L2 Support to Internal or External employees/customers,
- Experience working in an MSP environment,
- Excellent customer service and communication skills,
- Experienced working with Windows Servers, Active Directory, Virtualisation and back up technologies.
