Our Client is a leading Microsoft Service Provider specializing in delivering cutting-edge solutions tailored to meet the dynamic needs of their clients within the government contracting industry.

At the moment, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead D365 Architect with a strong development and solutions architecture background in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365 (M365). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and delivering end-to-end solutions that leverage the full spectrum of Microsoft technologies.

As a key member of their team, you will provide strategic guidance, technical leadership, and hands-on expertise to drive the successful implementation of complex projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in Dynamics 365 and Dataverse Development
  • Collaborate closely with Client project teams to better understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Build solutions using configuration, low code, and custom development.
  • Provide technical leadership for development teams, ensuring solutions follow technical best practices and standards.
  • Design robust and repeatable solutions grounded in Microsoft products.
  • Collaborate across team to share knowledge with pro-developers and makers.
  • Integrate business strategy and knowledge of software capabilities into the direction for all products.
  • Guide technology and solution decisions with architecture and product teams for projects, ensuring solutions can be successfully delivered.
  • Understand Power Platform and competitive low code/no code market, be able to articulate Power Platform’s advantages and differentiators.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of Microsoft focused IT development experience.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience with Dynamics 365 (CRM and CE)/Dataverse development
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing 2 – 5 developers.
  • Experience in designing complex common data models.
  • Proactive in staying up to date on the latest updates to the Power Platform, as well as future roadmap features announced in Microsoft wave plans.
  • Demonstrable intermediate to advanced kills with Power Apps, Power Pages, PCF Controls, Azure Functions, Azure logic apps, Azure API Management Gateway, Power Virtual Agents, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Power BI.
  • At least one of these certifications:
  • PL-900; Power Platform Fundamentals
  • PL-100; Power Platform App Maker
  • PL-400: Power Platform Developer
  • PL-200; Power Platform Functional Consultant
  • MB-600; Microsoft Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect
  • MB-901; Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
  • Must be a US Citizen
