Talent International are proud to be partnering with ReturnToWorkSA to recruit a Lead Enterprise Architect to support the transformation project by leading the design and implementation of the future state enterprise architecture of the organisation.
About ReturnToWorkSA
At ReturnToWorkSA, our purpose is to empower and support South Australians impacted by work injury. Our services and those delivered by our claims agents are designed to provide early intervention support to workers and employers following a work injury to ensure the worker can recover and return to work as quickly as possible. We manage the collection of premium payments from registered employers and our invested funds to ensure we maintain a viable financial position that enables the delivery of quality support and services to injured workers. In addition, we are the regulator of the Return to Work scheme and play the key role of protecting the integrity and fairness of the Scheme by monitoring and enforcing compliance with the Act and providing education and support about the health benefits of work.
The opportunity
ReturnToWorkSA has identified a need to define and implement its future state business and digital operating models to deliver better outcomes for stakeholders, optimise our processes and drive efficiencies.
This role will be instrumental in the success of this transformation by leading the design and implementation of the future state enterprise architecture of the organisation and creating innovative technology strategies to enable the future vision.
The position
Reporting to the Manager Information and Cyber, you will be part of a large team of experienced professionals within the Digital and Information Group. This position has been created to drive organisational transformation by defining and implementing future business and digital operating models as we continue our Digital Transformation program.
You will lead the development and design of a forward-thinking enterprise architecture, ensuring strong governance oversight. In this role, you will provide expert advice to key stakeholders on enterprise architecture matters, while also fostering the growth of capabilities within ReturnToWorkSA.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Leading the design and delivery of technology architecture strategies across multiple disciplines.
- Ensuring the application of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks to drive business value.
- Maturing and developing our architectural governance and assurance processes to optimize digital investments.
- Creating and maintaining domain technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Supporting all stages of the project lifecycle, from ideation through to delivery.
- Certification on architecture frameworks (minimum TOGAF 9.x, familiarity with other frameworks desirable).
- Working knowledge of data structures, design, architectural and integration patterns, algorithms, and engineering best practices.
- Practical application of architectural methodologies and frameworks, Salesforce knowledge a bonus.
