
Learning Designer/Developer
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a large digital transformation initiative within a prestigious university. You’ll collaborate with project leaders, change specialists, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for users-enhancing their skills and confidence in using the new system.
Key activities
- Conduct training needs analysis and develop a comprehensive training strategy
- Design and deliver engaging learning content for online and in-person training sessions
- Create eLearning modules, user guides, quick reference materials, and instructional videos
- Facilitate training sessions for diverse user groups, including managers and frontline staff
- Work with project teams to ensure a seamless transition of learning materials into business-as-usual (BAU) operations
- Utilise cutting-edge learning tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, and Salesforce CRM
- Assess and report on learner competency and adoption rates
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in instructional design, training development, and facilitation for large-scale technology projects
- Strong experience in Salesforce training, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and digital learning tools
- Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) and Agile project delivery
- Proven ability to translate complex technical processes into simple, effective learning solutions
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder engagement, and adaptability to dynamic environments
