About the Role:

The successful candidate will be part of a highly efficient team of “fixers” whose responsibility it is to resolve customers’ technical issues and to help minimize the impact on their businesses. Using leading edge tools, you will provide on-site technical support to customers, and have the opportunity to participate in both local and global projects.

Must Have:

* Desktop/laptop admin (installing/configuring/ troubleshooting client OS Windows 10/11)
* Basic Knowledge on Windows 10/11 Co-management/ Domain Joined PCs, Autopilot, Compliance /Configurational Polices , Conditional Access.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM)
* Supporting business apps, technology apps on PCs
* M365 apps (Outlook, MSteams, Onedrive/ sharepoint on PCs)
* Meeting/ Conference room support
* Hands and feet support
* BIOS /driver/ firmware Upgrade
* Printer support
* Resolving Incident/requests in Service Now
* Good communication skills, ability to work collaboratively and on issues with L2/L3 team in order to resolve the issues for business users at client site

Good to have:

* Knowledge of MS Intune
* Knowledge in AD
* Vulnerability Patch on client PCs.
* Knowledge in Computer Network
* Understanding of Group Policy and Intune policy
* Endpoint Security apps

Terms

  • 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend significantly/become long-term
  • Start ASAP (they can wait for the right candidate to give notice to their current employer)
  • Paying $46 per hour inclusive of super
  • Gaming license would be highly desirable
  • Must be able to go into their Sydney CBD office regularly each week
  • Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
