Our client is looking for Network Operations Manager to lead and support a team of technical specialists to oversees design, service delivery, incident response activities and 2nd & 3rd level application and network support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the network and operations team to drive the development, implementation and maintenance of organisation wide enterprise architecture and projects
  • Deliver strategic plans for the network and operations function through identifying and responding to new and emerging strategic issues impacting the operational environment
  • Ensure maintenance, monitoring and reporting on the overall networking environment.
  • Oversee the Service Desk function, taking responsibility for delivering efficient and effective support services to the business
  • Work with vendors to identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging technology to improve ways of working across networks and telecommunications

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • 4 + years’ demonstrated experience in leading a team of network & infrastructure engineers
  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale network architecture and knowledge of Cisco, Citrix, Juniper & Azure technologies
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with and influence a variety of stakeholders to achieve mutual understanding and agreed outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain a strong business relationship with stakeholders and vendors
