The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to join their large transformation program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining detailed production and project schedules to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and on-time delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the application of complex project and program information into detailed integrated schedule solutions that achieve deliverables.
- Fostering relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Managing change control with baseline schedules, ensuring relevant artefacts and change logs are in place.
- Performing regular impact analysis, assessment of critical path information and applying risk mitigation strategies that ensure the delivery of scheduling solutions.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience creating schedules, managing resource constraints in a large enterprise (preferably ICT).
- Strong understanding of resource scheduling, and project management with the ability to create pragmatic schedules highlight issues for resolution such as resource constraints and dependencies on different skillsets.
- Experience of portfolio and project management tools such as MS project, Clarizen and Jira.
- Relevant industry scheduling related qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting master scheduling for digital transformation projects, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.
