An industry leading, dynamic company that specialises in creating innovative solutions for enhanced end user experience in Human Resources (Corporate + Recruitment clients) is seeking an Mid-Market Account Executive (Net New Logo Acquisition) to join their team in a permanent career opportunity. This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

- Salary is circa $130K – $150K Base + Super + Commissions (realistically earning ~$100K comms in your first year)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will be engaging in end-to-end sales to HR Directors and L&D Managers.
- Your ICP’s will be 70% corporate prospects and 30% recruitment agencies.
- Identify and acquire net new business opportunities with Enterprise prospects.
- Maintain high level relationships with clients and C-Level stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle process from initial cold outbound prospect to closing deals.
- Work cross functionality with internal and external teams to ensure targets are met.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain data on the CRM.
About You:
- Must be in an end-to-end sales cycle role (Account Executive) at the moment. Ideally having 3 years or more of experience.
- Bonus points if you have experience selling HR Tech or being in a role where you understand pain points of the HR Landscape. Ex Recruiters moving into SaaS is very interesting for example!
- Proven B2B client or sales experience.
- Possess great communication and negotiation skills to analyse a business’ needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Display a can-do attitude and have the ability to work autonomously and with a team.
- Based in Sydney, NSW, and have full working rights in Australia.
