Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Test Manager to lead the testing efforts for a critical platform upgrade initiative. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming the testing function into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering process. You will champion the use of robust quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity across testing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage onshore testing teams, driving high performance and accountability.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in both Automated and Functional Testing.

  • Make critical decisions and provide direction for the team and across multiple teams.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

  • Ensure the successful execution and management of test plans, including automation.

  • Develop innovative solutions to address testing challenges and improve efficiency.

  • Contribute to key project decisions and strategic initiatives related to quality engineering.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Expert proficiency in Automated Testing tools and frameworks.

  • Strong proficiency in Functional Testing, including test case design and execution.

  • Proven experience in Test Execution and Test Management.

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
