Operational Support Officer
Key duties include:
- Prepare and assist in analysing Business key performance data and information.
- Reconcile electricity invoices received from energy retailer for payment
- Prepare charges for services provided to customers.
- Follow up verification of applicable charges in accordance with business processes.
- Liaise with customers regarding invoice information including requesting/monitoring purchase orders.
- Generate appropriate reports for customer charging, indicating costs, etc.
We are looking for:
- Well-developed PC and spreadsheet application skills
- Experience using financial management systems
- Knowledge and experience with financial information and invoicing systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
