Organisational Change Manager

We are looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager with proven experience working on large IT Workforce transformation projects. This position is initially a 6-month contract with high likelihood of extension and a WFH policy of 3 days in the office and 2 work from home. The selected candidate will be delivery focused, understand projects and how they work and have the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain change management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Design and implement change management principles, processes, tools, and techniques.
  • Lead, coach, and support the agency’s change management approach.
  • Apply change management strategies to facilitate adoption of project-driven changes.
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, coordinating change activities with other teams.
  • Identify and address complex business challenges strategically.
  • Prepare reports, executive briefs, and ministerial correspondence to support change.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years working as an Org Change Manager
  • Must have some Training experience – You will work very closely with the Training team
  • Experience building organisations models, current state operating model and target state operating model
  • Previous experience working on outsourcing / insourcing projects will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in driving organisational, process and business improvement change in enterprise environments
  • Ability to execute change plans in line with the strategy
