We’re seeking a passionate, client-focused osteopath to join our team at RPPerformance, located in the heart of Melbourne’s most iconic building, The Rilato. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic gym environment with immediate client flow, premium facilities, and a collaborative team dedicated to optimizing performance and recovery.

About the Role:

• Start with 1 day per week (flexible hours), with potential to expand based on demand.
• Clients ready to book from day one: leverage our existing gym community and marketing support.
• Fully equipped space: Use our dedicated treatment room, massage table, and towels-no need to bring your own gear or handle laundry!
• Competitive hourly rate (negotiable based on experience) + opportunity to discuss rent contribution for the space.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on osteopathic treatments to gym members and external clients, focusing on sports injuries, mobility, posture, and recovery.
• Collaborate with our personal trainers and nutritionists to create holistic care plans.
• Educate clients on injury prevention, corrective exercises, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Build lasting relationships with our fitness community through exceptional care and communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified osteopath with current registration (AHPRA or equivalent).
• 2+ years’ experience in clinical practice, ideally with athletes, active individuals, or in a gym/sports setting.
• Additional certifications (e.g., dry needling, sports rehab, functional movement) are a plus.
• Passion for collaboration-you’ll work closely with our trainers to enhance client outcomes.
• Professionalism and energy-you’re reliable, personable, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
