Role Overview
The PCC Solution Designer will be responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying collections solutions using the PowerCurve Collections (PCC) product. This role involves configuring policies and rule sets, designing interfaces, coaching solution analysts, and providing support in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure collections solutions using PowerCurve Collections (PCC) product.
  • Understand and configure SDS, policies, rules, CDS, and interfaces in alignment with client strategies.
  • Guide solution analysts in low-level design configurations.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and address core product-related issues.
  • Write and modify database procedures and update scripts for handling multiple accounts.
  • Deploy solutions across production and non-production environments, ensuring installation documents are updated.
  • Provide BAU (Business As Usual) support, including batch monitoring and file transfers via Control M.
  • Champion a customer-first culture and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with solution design and technical implementation of PCC suite in both Windows and Unix OS environments.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • 9+ years of IT experience.
  • Must have hands-on experience with PowerCurve Collections (PCC) and Design Studio.
  • Strong expertise with Oracle databases.
  • Proficient in Java, J2EE, Webservices.
  • Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic) and version control systems (e.g., GIT, SVN) is a plus.
  • Experience managing teams and working in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
