People & Culture Manager | Build Culture, Lead HR, Make Impact

A newly created standalone role to lead and grow the People & Culture function in a rapidly expanding business. This role blends strategic HR thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll be the trusted advisor to managers, shape HR frameworks, drive culture initiatives, and support employees across their lifecycle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support, advice, and coaching across all levels

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee experience initiatives

  • Partner with managers on team design, development planning, and people leadership

  • Design and embed simple, fit-for-purpose HR processes and policies

  • Implement and act as super-user for a future HRIS system

  • Monitor culture and proactively suggest employee experience initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a standalone or small-team HR generalist role

  • Confident communicator and relationship builder across all levels

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led environments

  • Strong generalist HR knowledge, with practical judgement

  • Able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day HR administration
