
People & Culture Manager
People & Culture Manager | Build Culture, Lead HR, Make Impact
A newly created standalone role to lead and grow the People & Culture function in a rapidly expanding business. This role blends strategic HR thinking with hands-on delivery. You’ll be the trusted advisor to managers, shape HR frameworks, drive culture initiatives, and support employees across their lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide day-to-day HR support, advice, and coaching across all levels

Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance, and employee experience initiatives

Partner with managers on team design, development planning, and people leadership

Design and embed simple, fit-for-purpose HR processes and policies
-
Implement and act as super-user for a future HRIS system

Monitor culture and proactively suggest employee experience initiatives
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a standalone or small-team HR generalist role
-
Confident communicator and relationship builder across all levels
-
Comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led environments
-
Strong generalist HR knowledge, with practical judgement

Able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day HR administration
