We’re seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Director to join the Performance & Quality team for a major transformation initiative. If you’re passionate about driving quality across complex enterprise projects, influencing at the executive level, and delivering measurable impact – this is your opportunity!

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead quality assurance strategy and execution across large-scale financial services projects

  • Act as a trusted advisor – collaborating with client executives, delivery leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive quality outcomes

  • Conduct risk assessments, quality audits, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Provide independent insights into risks, delivery value, and blockers to success

  • Mentor and guide QA teams, championing best practices and ensuring alignment across all phases of delivery

  • Lead recovery and intervention efforts when required, applying expert-level QA knowledge and influencing at scale


What You Bring

  • Advanced proficiency in Quality Assurance and Quality Management

  • Strong background in Delivery Risk Management and Client Engagement

  • Proven experience providing solutions that scale across multiple teams and business domains

  • A leadership mindset with the ability to influence, guide, and align teams toward quality-focused outcomes

  • Previous experience in the financial services sector – ideally within large enterprise environments
