
PMO Manager - ERP
Our client is a leading national retailer currently seeking a PMO Manager who has built a PMO from the ground up on a key ERP transformation program.
Your new role will see you working closely with the Head of Transformation to deliver improved governance, reporting and monitoring for a key transformation program. By refining processes and increasing delivery efficiency you will play a key role in the continuous success of the program. Your will also help unify project management standards, develop strategies for improved knowledge sharing and delivery governance and finance reports.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in establishing transformation PMO capabilities
- A coaching mindset to improve project management & PMO capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Prior retail industry experience is highly advantageous
- Previous experience in ERP
- Formal project management accreditation’s are sort after
Our client is offering an initial 6 month contract with the view to extension. Offices are based in Melbourne’s inner suburbs with a requirement to be onsite 3 days per week.
