Position Purpose:

Stanwell has established a Data and Digital team to lead improvements in technology value for data, automation, and mobility.

As a Microsoft Power Platform Specialist, you will act as an in-house solution designer/developer, providing Analysis, estimation, technical build and functional advice to the IT/Business stakeholder group. You will focus on Automation, Apps, Solution build and support within the Microsoft Power Platform, helping to mature the platforms use within Stanwell’s ICT Strategy.

Qualification:

  • Degree qualification in Information Technology, Business, Commerce, related discipline, or relevant experience in a commercial environment.
  • Microsoft Power Platform or Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications highly desirable;
  • Experience and knowledge
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, database design, and SQL.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyse complex business problems and develop effective technical solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities and outcomes:

  • Solution Development: Design and develop custom applications using Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
  • Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions.
  • Innovation: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem and propose innovative solutions to enhance business processes.
