Product Owner
Our client is seeking an exceptional Product Owner to join their dynamic Digital Team and take charge of their Customer Identity and Engagement portfolio.
In this role, you will be the “voice of the customer,” advocating for an outstanding user experience across our portfolio of product and standardisation of processes and tools for the oganisation.
You will lead the design and maintenance of the product delivery roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to successfully roll out Salesfroce to all business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- collaborate with a Business Analyst and Project Manager to facilitate user groups, ensuring best practices and consistency while working to onboard other teams to Salesforce.
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand current practices, establish project timelines, and assess the resource capability and capacity required to meet objectives. You will be responsible for owning the product roadmap, scheduling, and resourcing.
- Manage the vendor relationship with Salesforce and external development teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution.
- Conduct discovery sessions for initiatives on the roadmap, challenging stakeholder thinking to ensure maximum value is delivered.
- Work effectively with marketing, business teams, and digital departments to gather high-level requirements and prioritise features.
- Write clear, concise descriptions of initiatives, defining the expected value for meetings and presentations to the Initiative Review Board.
- Create, maintain, and prioritise the product backlog to ensure the team focuses on delivering the most valuable features.
- Conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide training and support to users, ensuring they can effectively utilise the CRM system.
- Develop a user community to drive the product vision, upskill teams, and create future growth and enhancement opportunities.
About You:
You are a proactive, results-driven professional with excellent communication, time management, and decision-making skills. You bring:
- At least 3 years of experience working with the Salesforce suite of products, particularly focusing on CRM, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Product Owner or related role.
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and delivering digital experiences, products, and services.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in environments with tight deadlines and multiple concurrent projects.
