A leading mining company is seeking a Product Acceptance Specialist to support the development, validation, and continuous improvement of their Integrated Technology – Automation Projects. This role offers an exciting FIFO opportunity (8 days on / 6 days off or 7 days/nights on / 7 days off) and is crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of autonomous mining technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate their Fortex suite of products and other autonomy projects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and collaborate with key stakeholders, including Autonomy Definition Group, Engineering Teams, and Onsite Support.
  • Develop tutorial documentation and mentor end-users on delivered products.
  • Conduct quality risk assessments and ensure compliance with mining regulations.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of site-based experience in a mixed mining fleet environment with exposure to mining technology.
  • Proficient in Fleet Management Systems and experienced in validation testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a holistic approach.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and corporate software.
  • Ability to mentor, influence, and effectively communicate across all levels.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of mining production principles, efficiency drivers, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to work flexibly, challenge conventional thinking, and adapt to dynamic environments.
