Our client is a small government agency responsible for the development and delivery of national programs, services and systems which encourage better use of data and technology to enable Australians to live healthier, happier, and more productive lives.

The Role
The APS5 Program Coordinator is responsible for direct support to the Taskforce team, as well as general support to the multiple projects which are overseen by the Taskforce.
This includes undertaking a range of program research, analysis, reporting and administrative activities to support program delivery in line with the approved Program Management Plan, as well as supporting the development of the Program Schedule.
The role will suit someone with strong organisational skills who can prioritise competing activities and enjoys working with a friendly team.

Some of the typical functions to be provided by the Program Coordinator include:

  • Maintain program tools, artifacts and trackers (e.g. RACI tracker, Program Schedule, RIDAC tracker, Task tracker)
  • Coordinate engagement with stakeholders including, scheduling meetings and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Undertake general administrative tasks including calendar management, preparing meeting minutes and maintaining document management systems
  • Prepare, review and edit program documents such as monthly Program Status Reports and program management documentation
