Program Scheduler
- Work on a large-scale network deployment program
- Must have significant experience in schedule control and analysis and have the ability to support the delivery of the program assisting Project Managers and Project Streams.
- Initial 9-month contract with potential extension
- Perth CBD based + WFH

- Health Industry experience desirable
- Late January 2025 start however interviews will take place before the holiday break

Responsibilities/Skills include some of the following:
- Experience providing administrative, governance and organisational support to Project Managers on large scale technology projects
- Experience in developing and executing objectives, standards and procedures applicable to estimating, scheduling and project controls.
- Experience in maintaining and managing master project schedule- reporting on progress of schedule against existing baseline scope, budget and cost tolerances.
- Ability to manage risk and issues.
- High level analytical skills and experience working in a project team (ideally EPMO) managing all project documentation and adhering to processes and standards.
- Experience using the Critical Path Method
- High level stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced project controls experience in MS Project Scheduler and Excel
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ideally Prince 2 certified or knowledge
- WA Health Industry and health systems knowledge highly advantageous
