The Role

Our client is seeking a Program Training Manager to conduct and coordinate activities, undertake complex training planning, and conduct extensive stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate project related training support system activities.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assist with preparation of training related project briefs and planning artefacts
• Lead the development and execution of training support concepts
• Conduct agile project planning with the Strategic Partner
• Conduct detailed training planning and coordination with relevant organisations and units

Skills and Experience

• Certificate in Training and Assessment
• Defence related education and training related services
• Experience and working appreciation of Learning Management Systems and Learning Content Management Systems
• Experience with agile project management
• In-depth understanding of/experience with training technologies
