About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our client’s dynamic Projects Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of project documentation, reporting, and compliance within the mining and manufacturing industries. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work with teams involved in the production and supply of essential components for heavy industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Support internal project discussions, monitor costs against budget, and highlight any discrepancies.
  • Project Strategy: Participate in project kick-off meetings, ensuring clarity on deliverables and eliminating redundant documentation.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain project tracking databases, ensuring all milestones, variations, and key events are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Manage project-related documentation, update forecasting, and oversee dispatch and inspection processes.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams including sales, engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure project success.

    About You

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or document control within a project-based environment, preferably in mining, manufacturing, or heavy industry sectors.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
