
Project Administrator
Join this large government body and play a pivotal role in delivering key projects. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to ensure projects are delivered smoothly on time, and within scope. From financial management and procurement to stakeholder engagement, asset management and risk management, you’ll be a key player in driving success.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support financial processes, including budgeting and reporting.
- Help manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
- Ensure project documentation is maintained and transitioned effectively.
- Coordinate procurement processes and assist with business cases.
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in project administration or coordination, ideally in an IT or technology-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical skills to identify risks and drive solutions.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite and Document Management (Content Manager).
- Knowledge of project methodologies and frameworks is a plus!
