Project Director (Facilities)
Our client is currently on the lookout for an experienced Project Director Facilities. You will be leading a team of experienced project managers to implement projects critical to achieving the strategic plan.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall portfolio of programs and projects from initiate through Planning, Delivery, and Operating phases.
- Assist in the selection of an implementation of new project management methodologies
- Provide overall direction and guidance for the implementation of the projects within the designated business portfolio
- Ensure delivery of best practice program and project management to achieve successful business outcomes
- Understand the program and project management needs and capabilities
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Solid experience and knowledge managing large scale programs and projects at a Program Director level and a Portfolio Delivery Manager
- Proven ability in business case development and establishment of programs/projects to delivery business outcomes
- Experience managing a portfolio of projects
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple project managers and technical resources
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write high quality reports
