
Project Manager
The Role
A State Government Agency is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month contract, with the potential for extension. You will lead the development and implementation of the operational model and People & Culture elements of a merger, ensuring strategic alignment across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the scoping, development, and implementation of the merger’s operational model and People & Culture elements.
- Guide and support teams to deliver on key business outcomes, overcoming ambiguity and challenges.
- Manage issues, risks, dependencies, and scope changes in large, complex projects.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and prepare high-quality reports and briefings.
About You
- Experience managing complex, end-to-end projects involving policy, process, and technology.
- Expertise in operational model design, process development, and workforce programs.
- Strong project management skills, with a solid understanding of project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare concise reports, presentations, and briefings.
